If AI was so great why was that the only year the Sixers had any type of success? He stopped caring?

I hate when people tend to focus a bit too much on efficiency and forget context and effectiveness. If he did go for 9 of 31 then at least 2 of those shots were daggers. His impact was much bigger than stats. Again he would miss shots normally bc he was shooting over 7 footers in the lane causing them to be out position thus creating a possible offensive reb. And to the people saying he gambled too much, please give me examples when he got torched. People try to claim his defense was trash like Steve Nash but I never recalled him getting torched the way Nash did.
