This lol nikkas saying “coders” or “learn to code”

Them the jobs AI getting out asap.

No you learn to engineer because based on the problem you would then find the relevant tech to use and its impossible nor efficient to “learn every tech”. This is the stuff that gets lotta bootcamp folks in trouble. Remembering syntax doesnt make you an engineer and “programmers” are the roles going away soon/now

For me, I know what I want to build :manny:

But even if you want to build an online marketplace and drop ship. Knowing the basics helps.

And there are a lot of people who still know nothing about computers. For under $30.00, you can literally build an entire website and use ChatGTP to write all of the content in under 20 minutes. Then for a few more bucks you can add plugins. Yet there are still people who pay to have someone build them a website.

And learning how to build AI applications could be useful. I'm not really speaking for my generation, but the future. And learning how to code is 100000 times easier than it was when I was in my 20's. A lot of resources, and you can even used AI to teach you.

This is why i said this if anything should be the wake up call to get out the career rat race and shift to minimialism if possible. You dont wanna be drowning in a high overhead lifestyle with the direction things are going
Exactly, even if I lose my job I can sell all my shyt in the blink of eye and get the hell on and eliminate alot of my expenses :yeshrug:

AI as a boss is cold blooded. There would be zero leniency
As usual you want to document and put everything you can into writing.

That way if A.I tries to fire you, you give the paperwork to a lawyer and take the company to the cleaners :obama:

The first wave of A.I managers about to cost a lot of companies money, but they'll make improvements (companies will scale back from being so black-and-white) and it'll be tougher.

The first crowd will win a lot of lawsuits though if they do what they need to and protect themselves (get everything in writing).

The future of interviews and meetings is already here.

Autonomous interviewing is getting so good💡

ThinkX's new Quantz Interview manages the entire process independently, and unlike typical API-based solutions, it runs on its own proprietary servers - slashing costs by 25x.

Autonomous interviewing just became a practical reality.

I like their ‘No APIs. No cloud servers’ philosophy, resulting in $0.80/auto-interview. ✨

This is disruptive.

The process is super simple. Just create a template using Quantz Interview's UI in minutes, test the interview, and then send the interview link. And Quantz Interview takes care of the rest.

Results of the Interview are delivered by email, so you can quickly review everything on your smartphone, no matter where you are.

It appears to be quick and efficient.

ThinkX just released Quantz Interview,
that conduct interviews on your behalf 🔥

“Just another API wrapper?”,

Absolutely not.

Quantz Interview has been developed to be 25x more cost-effective than systems based on APIs + cloud infrastructure, thanks to the fact that it runs completely on our own servers.

The world's first truly practical autonomous interview system is now ready to use.

$0.80 interviews? AI is seriously upping the game! Now imagine throwing blockchain into the mix for secure and verifiable hiring—streamlined interviews + trusted results. This combo could totally reshape how recruitment works.

Yes, this tech has huge potential, and it should be coming in big.

The amount is calculated based on typical costs for voice interaction APIs, cloud usage, and profit margins.

The price for Quantz Interview is based on a rate of $0.10 per response (as of November 2024), assuming an average of 8 responses per interview.

Something about eye contact, a handshake, and a cup of coffee.

@rohanpaul_ai
of course. and that would definitely come in the later rounds.
Many of the tech interviews go for 3-5 total rounds. But in the 1st round, if AI can help, that would be a MASSIVE cost saver, and speed of execution for the Organizations . Specailly where they operate with a thin HR departments.

Creating a new interview/meeting looks smooth and fast.

@Hrokrinn
I've heard HR folks say they're too busy to craft realistic job requirements, too busy to read resumes, and now too busy to interview.

WTF do these people do?

@rohanpaul_ai
Good question 😅. and good opportunities to automate most of the HR workflow.

Ai isn't replacing coders today...it can only assist with redundant stuff like unit test creation....fast lookups and templates.

You still need bodies to get stuff done
I’m about 70% done with an enterprise/dod grade desktop software application. I’m I’m using AI prompts :manny:

The models are far from perfect, and you have to do research, look up documentation and message boards like GitHub. But I’ve only been building this for about a month.

And I’m a novice.
