I don't think we're really fukked until serious policy changes happen. Which if they does happen, it won't be until the gen X out of the workforce.
Also the public sector may take more time than the private sector. At my job we had a big meeting with upper management (public sector) and they made it seem like we don't have anything to worry about for a while....he's talking shyt, they're all in their late 50s/early 60s getting ready for retirement and wanna enjoy that pension they build up.
Reading between the lines, they basically said Once they enjoy retirement and die off, that's when shyts gonna take a major turn.
