If he leaves then he leaves. Dude has made MILLIONS from the role and I wouldn't be mad at him. If he doesn't like those 50 million dollar Avengers pay checks and wants to artsy stuff that's on him. We will see another Iron Man movie with or without him. Disney is going to make their Marvel Money...SHHHHHYYTTT!!!
These actors need to start negotating while they still have time for better contracts because whether they know it or not, THEY CAN BE REPLACED. RDJ is the only one who kinda made the character his own. They better get it together because ANYONE can play Thor, Captain America, Hulk, or Black Widow. You see Ed Norton got put out early. They better get their shyt together. The show WILL go on, the studios are making too much money to worry about some actors.

"replace the whole cast, it don't matter". fukk all that. I'm not trying to watch this shyt if they replace the actors every other movie because Marvel is too cheap to hold down a cohesive cast. Next thing you know Marvel will get ideas that they don't need anybody, any of the actors, or Whedon, anybody can get replaced, because people care about The Avengers, which is 
as hell. They're a B tier team at best and the fact that all these movies have been as successful as they have been was a perfect storm. Fred.

I honestly could care less about the actors. LOL As long as the story is good I'm in. Yeah I'm an a$$hole but we have had to wait years upon years waiting for an Avengers movie. So would I be upset if RDJ left because of the actors aren't getting paid. Nope. They could come back with an entire different cast and I would still go see Avengers 2 and 3. I'm in it for the Marvel characters and that's it. I don't know about Whendon being replaced because he made Avengers come to life, but everyone else is EXPENDABLE. And they better believe it...Look right at you actors who portray Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye....and Iron Man!
And real talk...if this keeps up they should just go ahead and CGI everyone and get voice actors. CGI the shyt out of it and go Avatar on that ass! I've been riding with Marvel during the Howard the Duck days...I could give a fukk what an actor is or is not getting paid. I want my Marvel movies. We could be stuck with Batman and Robin or Batman Forever crap! Think about it!
90% of the reason Avengers was good was because of the cast's charisma . fukk replacing any of them, especially RDJ.
RDJ as Iron Man is equivalent to Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow to me. Both were perfect as their respective characters and sold me forever. Even if they were replaced and the reboots/sequels were good, I would probably still hate it because of my bias
