After Kamala's crushing defeat, some liberals on twitter are now touting a gay man to be their presidential candidate in 4 years

It's like people are don't realize that nobody but a white straight man with a family will get enough support to become a president from the democrat side....

Obama was a once and a lifetime talent that is not happening again...

i dont think you need a white male to pull it off.

but @Cave Savage touched on something.

You need a masculine dude who isn't afraid to speak with his chest but smart and charismatic enough to smooth it over.

If there was a black or latino breh who was a firebrand socialist, stood on his square but smart and charismatic enough to convey his message effectively.

they could definitely win.

but they must be

masculine
And be able to speak with their chest

A liberal minded and socialist market economic oriented Castro is what the Dems need.

Yea they could, you just did not listen to them because you probably did not like the source it came from. They voted for him in the hopes of fixing the economy, bringing jobs back to the US by encouraging companies to remain in the US, and to remove a lot of the illegal aliens out of their areas, since those areas were being overburdened by the populations and the cities running out of money. They also wanted us out of the Ukraine, which will not happen, but that is their hope and some on the Left wanted us to stop sending funds to Israel as it continued its genocide of Palestinians (Who were mainly the Arabs that voted for Trump).

The problem you guys have is that you refuse to understand the positions your enemy is taking, and so then end up being out maneuvered do to your ignorance of them. You assume they have no valid reason's for the positions they take, and so you disregard them by stating they don't know anything. It is a very disrespectful way to deal with people, and people can see that disrespect and return it in kind. You don't seek to win them over with policies that will aid them, you seek to insult them instead thinking insults will admonish them to change their ways. It will not.

I'm pretty sure the strongly anti Ukraine/pro Russia crowd was not gonna vote for anyone besides Trump in the first place. The Israel thing was really a problem though, and Harris needed to distance herself from Biden.

I’ve been telling you for four years Pete Buttigieg is an industry plant. They’ve been trying to push this dude for since the 2020 primary. All he did was be mayor of a tiny city and shyt on his black sheriff who tried to report racism and his department. He’s a center right Democrat, who’s not gonna do shyt but pretend to fail pushing progressive policies while he’s giving tax cuts and deregulations for corporate America

this clown took maternity leave all six weeks of it for a baby him and his gay husband adopted :russ:

Oh wait we got all the DNC agents in here trying to make him look like the greatest Department of Transportation in the history of the United States. fukk all of you. Anybody pushing Pete for Prez is either a Greenwich Village echo chamber moron or a Republican trolling liberal voters

Democrats have a far left problem. The further the grassroots pushes the party to the left, the more moderates they'll lose. Abortion is a winning issue on a micro level, but abortion can't been the key plank on a national platform. Unlimited immigration, climate change policies, LGBTQ issues are losing issues that the Democrats need to abandon.

Democrats needs to push the Shapiros, Fetterman to the forefront and hell even get Andrew Cuomo back into the fold. Bootyjudge, Newsome, Moore and Whitmer would be a mistake to push to the forefront. Democrats were lost in the sauce from 1980-1991 until Bill Clinton moderated the party in 1992.

Trump attracted moderates and disaffected liberals to the Republican party and kept the neo-cons and evangelicals at bay. This is probably the least conservative the Republican party has been in our lifetimes.

Despite Trump's fascist tendencies, he doesn't care about most of the social conservative shyt that his party does.

He watered down the party platform on gay marriage and abortion, and his "let the states decide" position on the lattrr was good enough for the GOP to not be hurt on election day.

Newsom '28, book it, it's just the running mate at this point.

Newsom/gretch would be a lock

But I'd probably prefer a
Newsom/john Stewart

Newsom/pete would be trickier - but both elite at talking, Newsom with the American psycho linguistics and pete with the eloquent, I'm smarter than you but will dumb it down for your dumbass but not make you feel dumb angle.

Literally just tell Americans what they want to hear. Cheap gas, cheap groceries, booming economy, more jobs, better housing market. For fck sake it don’t even gotta be true. Trump told nikkas he would remove tax for overtime :why:

Have they learned nothing

How hard is it to find another Obama or Clinton? Why did they go away from the formula that works
Very fcking hard, are you kidding me :why:

When Obama was coming up it was an anomaly. 08 was suppose to be Hilary’s turn but Obama had such momentum going they had to let him shine.

Obama ain't walking through that door and it's simply too risky

straight white centrist man is the safe bet. someone like shapiro, unfortunately

And the Muslim and Arab population ain't voting for a Jew so that's him out too.

Just go with Newsom and get it over with. Enough white women will find him handsome and charismatic and vote for him. Him against Vance would be a comfortable win.
