I understand but its something that HAS to be addressed at some point. I was listening to the Rickey Smiley Morning Show yesterday and they talked about this for almost the entire show. They purposely refrained from playing their usual trap music cuz of the seriousness of the situation. Why would they do that? Why would they think to not play music of rappers talking bout bussing guns at other blacks. I found it extremely telling

See how a tragedy brings out the idiot in you? If anything, what happened in South Carolina (as well as other incidents by white teenagers who likely don't listen to rap) works against your argument. Senseless, random acts of violence continue to be committed by suburban white kids with little or no rap influence while the majority of black kids who listen to gangster rap either don't commit crime at all, or do it in order to make money (which is what most people commit crimes for in the first place). So not only are you insensitive for using this event to further your propaganda, you're also an idiot for thinking the incident is further proof of your original point

Although this dude does seem to make this thread over and over, it's not like he doesn't have a point. There's something very detrimental to hearing music about mistreating other blacks and wasting money on material trinkets over and over on the radio.
If you listen to 'white' stations their music never talks about robbing or killing other whites so why does ours? Food for thought.

I dont have a problem though with rappers telling a story in their raps. If you really did shoot other black people and sell drugs to other blacks, then you have creative license to tell your story
