First, I've already mentioned that you do not have to sign the certificate. Second, you have leeway in getting the test done before a designated time period determined by each state, to use in court to have you removed from any child support attempts. Last, none of the arguing emerges if you refuse to argue about it. She may fuss at you, but fussing at you is not an argument. You only open yourself to an argument if you set there trying to convince her to allow you to get a DNA test. It is only an argument if you are wasting time trying to change her mind.
