@Bold. TRUTH!!! The biggest issue affecting (westernized) Africans i.e AA or European Blacks is Racism. The biggest issue in Africa I feel will always be tribalism. Both variants often involve social-economic and political issues which in many ways can source their root to the same cause. Where the problem often arises is one side undermining the value of the other. For instance Africans might pierce European/American Blacks as fortunate as they have access to western resources minus the racial divide. On the inverse the other side (westernized) sees indigenous Africans with access to potential resources AND racial homogeneity (since they see all blacks = same. in terms of culture etc). Both sides can stand to learn from the other but its this misplaced disdain which does more harm than good.

So as an African American I can't look to whites or Africans for support?

What does that have to do with anything ? OP wants to invade and act like
an imperialist in sovereign nations but he needs to be practical about this.

We as AAs have the lowest GDP in America.
How are you going to mobilize AAs to Africa ?
How are you going to fund it ? Overcome language barriers ?

You'd have to get AA women to submit and value their blackness
over womanhood. Build companies and communities for future
offspring while lobbying for black policies or forming a black party.

Then and only after that..could you begin looking outward to the diaspora
