WWE are right in a sense, it is a marathon, but for sure AEW got potential if they keep building momentum, they won the night for sure and the first battle, but they have to keep growing steadily, if they do will put pressure on.

It's true. Nitro won 83 weeks in a row and look how that turned out.
It's true for sure, it's a good start for AEW and a win on the night, but that's all it is for now. The positives are they have a legit platform and a shot at it, what happens will be in how they do, do badly and they will fade, do well and over time they can grow a lot.
as a person who didn’t really enjoy the show I’ll give them props as I thought it would be much closer to nxt ratings than it is . However let’s see how long they keep it up and if it increases stays the same or what . Nxt hasn’t been doing really anything different than usual except have more of the roster on tv as the show is longer . Finn is the biggest thing they’ve actually tried to do so farWhat are you talking about? Everyone said that the numbers would be high, the test is can they increase them week to week. Like i’ve said time and again, there’s no need as a fan to choose sides. I haven’t watched NXT tv since Andrade was champ but I still catch the Takeovers. If anything, the only person panicking is Vince. We’ll see what that means for NXT going forward. If you’re a fan of wrestling, last night you got to choose which one you wanted to stick to or were switching stations.

I’ll give AEW the clear win This week however the reason I said what I said is because nxt started out and lowered . This isn’t wwe premiere show however while this is AEW show .
I have no idea what they ( USA and Wwe)are expecting the nxt ratings to be . If it stays around between this rating and a million i think wwe will be fine if AEW stays around that rating now if they get closer to raw then it’s a issue and they will be scared in my eyes. with nxt on Wednesday they take some of the prospective eyes off AEW for the night and away from Raws ratings and Wwe is getting paid for the show . The best thing for AEW is the demos they drew that gotta hurt as nxt was the hotter younger brand

They're really trying to make it seem like AEW beat RAW & SD, but it went up against NXT.
