Main Event 10/10 even with the meh finish, the rest of the show was garbage juice. Also I would like to formally apologize for ever cosigning Moxley, dude is a fukking joke now and has severely regressed. That match was something you would see in CZW or those backyard wrestling dvds.

Anyone who could be good in a hardcore match and doesn't mind spilling blood
I was with you until you said blood. If I were Tony or Shad Khan, I'd enact a 120 day no-blading policy in AEW. Not because I'm squeamish (I used to love blood in rasslin matches), but because blood has lost all of it's value & excitement factor. Also, blood has allowed some of the wrestlers to become lazy; they feel they don't need to tell stories in the ring anymore, they just need to pull out their razor blades. Blood has become so much of a crutch that bleeding Moxley has become an internet joke. It's the new crying Jordan meme.
If you want to see a great I Quit match, watch Roman Reigns vs Jimmy Uso. They had a brutal, violent, entertaining, and engaging match and not a single razor blade was used. They were able to get us invested without having to resort to cheap theatrics. I want to see some of the talented men and women in AEW do the same thing. I want to be excited, not bored, when I see blood. I want it to mean something again; because now, it means less than nothing.

AEW should be able to offer what the competition doesn't. That doesn't mean they should be bleeding all the time like Moxley does because he more than overdoes it, but a no-bleeding policy is stupid when you have stuff like hardcore, no DQ, I Quit, etc. type matches. You have a grudge fight like that in real life with weapons and stuff, chances are at least one person is walking away bleeding.

An I Quit match in AEW should involve Eddie Kingston.

Eddie Kingston was actually the first one that came to mind for me
It would be easy to beat Eddie Kingston in an I Quit match. All you'd have to do is threaten to throw away a Whopper with cheese, and he'd be copping pleas in no time!

AEW should also offer what the "competition" does right, like offering compelling in-ring stories without having to rely on tired tropes. Blood at this point is meaningless. Give it a rest for 4 months, and bring it back once the fans have had a chance to miss it.
And as far as the no-bleeding policy being stupid, I want you to revisit the Gunther vs Sheamus match (which you admitted in the ppv thread that you enjoyed). That match was violent, hard-hitting, and every move looked like it hurt for real. They didn't bleed. The point is that if the wrestlers are skilled at making the shyt look real, then they don't need to pour ketchup on a steak. Blood is the icing, but these guys aren't even baking the cake properly. Let them get the cake right first.

In other words, bite WWE. That worked out well for TNA. I don't wanna see AEW be like the NBA where everyone chucks 3s and ignores mismatches in the paint like GSW. For the Mox/Uno match, blood enhanced the match because the visual of Uno skeeting blood while being choked out showed the lengths Mox was willing to go with someone Hangman was close with.

Nope. In other words, be creative & stop relying on blood as a crutch. Let the wrestlers find other ways to get the fans invested.

Blood has been the go-to vehicle for "stakes" from the jump in AEW. I think Mox is totally incapable of selling a blood feud without having to spill actual blood. Low key I think he's addicted to cutting so he can get the dopamine fix that he's not getting from booze anymore.

Did anyone think Mox was going to take it easy on that fat loser? Of course not, that's literally his whole character is Mr "Grrrr I'm so mad I'm gonna snap your neck and bite your heart out" so I disagree it was needed to show any lengths.

It created a sick visual sure but I don't think it changed much from that match if it was just Mox raining elbows on that goof until the ref stopped it for instance
