I been disappointed with and been shytting on AEW a lot lately and they’ve deserved it, but this was an incredible PPV I’d be lying if I said otherwise. This was one if their best shows ever, for me. Might be my favorite iron man match of all time. I liked the HOB six man better than any of the Death Triangle series matches too.

Nothing else moved me. I knew Bryan and MJF could have a great match, but last night is most likely going to be MOTY. I like Omega & Black but their respective partners are terrible. The Starks match was only there so JeriKKKKho can say he elevates talent. The one women's match sucked, and Moxley is a fukking embarrassment now.

AEW usually always deliver in PPVs, it's their build to the PPV with the matches and storylines that fukks it up for them. Build to most of the matches on the card was fumbled hard. HoB vs Elite shouldve been bigger. Idk why they had HoB spending more time with Eddie/Ortiz than fukking with the Elite. This Outsiders vs Homegrown story is meh. Tag shyt was just thrown together, etc.

Main Event 10/10 even with the meh finish, the rest of the show was garbage juice. Also I would like to formally apologize for ever cosigning Moxley, dude is a fukking joke now and has severely regressed. That match was something you would see in CZW or those backyard wrestling dvds.

Trios match was good as hell. I agree with you about Mox though. i been tired of him. It's like if you do a CAW and give him the generic brawler moveset, shyt boring. He just doesnt do anything for me. Then everything was themed around barbed wire, which is meh when you see Mox bloody every week anyway.
I guess that fork spot was pose to be like the pizza cutter spot with death match nikka.

Blood has been the go-to vehicle for "stakes" from the jump in AEW. I think Mox is totally incapable of selling a blood feud without having to spill actual blood. Low key I think he's addicted to cutting so he can get the dopamine fix that he's not getting from booze anymore.

Fatal 4 Way for the AEW World Tag Team Titles
The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens, Max Caster) vs. Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal vs. Danhausen and AEW All-Atlantic Champion Orange Cassidy vs. The Gunns (Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn) (c)- not a bad match, but I have never heard a crowd be that quiet before. It’s over for the Gunn club after the ftr program.

AEW TNT Title Match
Wardlow vs. ROH World Television Champion Samoa Joe (c)- WOAT finish joe getting choked out?? Is it because wardlow has the woat finisher?

Texas Death Match
Jon Moxley vs. Adam Page- This wasn’t as bad as I thought, but mox going from wwe star to AEW deathmatch wrestler is not a good look for his legacy.

Chris Jericho vs. Ricky Starks- Who cares give Starks something better.

Christian Cage vs. Jungle Boy- This was a good match, but now can we give jungle boy something else to do???
