but he did train at a VERY legit gym for an extended period of time

Everyone involved gets suspended. Punk get suspended for over stepping in the scrum that lead to the issue in the back but it should be a slap on the wrist. The Elite should no longer be EVPs and should get suspended for awhile for rolling into Punks locker room looking for drama.
