Randy Savage has a better chance to show back up in WWE than CM Punk does.
Bringing a controversial guy into your locker room is one thing, bringing in a guy who is a cancer is something entirely different.
I could see Punk getting a legends deal one day. I could even maybe see Punk going in the WWE HoF. I don't see HHH, Stephanie, & Nick Khan allowing Punk anywhere near the locker room while he's still an active wrestler. Punk is Enzo status.

I don't think anyone in charge of the WWE wants to have anything to do with Punk. Vince was the only one who would've eventually let bygones be bygones. JeriKKKhos behavior shows that a few ex WWE people were counting on that eventual WWE return.
