In all fairness, just in case you didn’t know and to give you and any other brehs context and clarity.

You probably missed out on the news that originally Awesome Kong was supposed to wrestle as this match was announced prior...... but something happened with her and she wasn’t cleared to go.

On some “card subject to change” shyt. Brandi had to step in.

Now could they have probably subbed in another girl? Maybe, but then from a booking standpoint. Some of y’all would be asking “who is this other girl and why is she with them now?”

Either way, I don’t see how her wrestling screams nepotism but it’s whatever.

But Kong not being cleared is the main reason Brandi got in the ring

Yes, the original match was sposed to be Kong and Mel vs Shida and Statlander.

They probably will make it up, but Kong wasn’t cleared.... not sure what’s wrong with her.... but probably why she hasn’t really been wrestling or getting physical

I know some may not like their women or really the majority haven’t really proven themselves.... but they already have so many woman on their roster and of you go across the board brand by brand by far the most.

They need to continue to try to establish their own before they do that.

I can’t think ROH has like 7 or 8 girls on their roster

they really finna benefit when they add a second show

Pretty entertaining show outside of the Nightmare Collective match. Didn’t know Kong got scratched at the last minute, but whew, Brandi and Mel are BAD. If it were for the Impact-like camera angles focused on Statlander and Brandi, I would not have made it through that match.

Good showing from DDP, but I can’t unsee somebody in here saying he looks like a burn victim .
