Meh. Probably not, but it’s fine for now since it’s a fresh matchup and would kind of put the ultimate rocket on Mox to be the top babyface en route to taking the belt off Jericho.
PAC is probably the second-most strongly booked character after Mox so it clearly establishes the order and justifies them booking the big rubber match with Omega. Darby’s fresh out the womb with age so they can Jeff Hardy slow-burn the shyt out of him before pulling the trigger.
He could ultimately have the best story arc in the company if they play it right.
Kenny Omega is the best wrestler in AEW and he is shelving himself. Alin needs a good rival for that.

He just lost to Moxley a few weeks back though so it would have just been a straight repeat of that
Don't know why they booked it like this to get to the Moxley vs Jericho match they've been building for weeks anyway, just adds another big match loss for Darby & PAC is going to lose too just to get where they were already going.
They could have had Moxley join Inner Circle for a couple weeks before turning on them & just had him do singles matches against them every week leading up to kill time until the PPV without just beating guys that don't need the losses & pausing the PAC vs Omega thing they had going.

A non finish or a draw is on deck between Moxley and PAC. They gonna book a triple threat match. Jericho versus Moxley versus PAC. Jericho pins or taps out PAC.

Why would the opening match need a ref bump so Orange Cassidy could get involved in a spot when there is no DQ in multi man matches and this was actually brought up on commentary in the match before hand 
I guess I'm just going to accept AEW is a blown up PWG with WWE elements and watch for cool moves. I would like Ortiz to drop the weird cat comedy stuff through.

So tried to watch this last night after I got off work because it was like a themed-episode. I watched the tag match at the beginning and yeah, it really was way too spotty. I got frustrated at about the same the announcers were like "who's the legal man?" and they all didn't know.
It's cool they let Joey Janela cut a promo, but he looked a little awkward. If his character is this "bad boy" party-animal type guy he needs to channel that more and not try to be the dark-brooding type. They already have that. Your company seems like they want to be a little more upbeat in tone, have fun with the character's fukkery in your promos.
And I pretty much stopped during some women's match with a bald chick.
Maybe i'll skim through the rest tonight.
