Earlier this week, Diddy was hit with another lawsuit, this time from his former music producer who claims he was sexually assaulted by the Bad Boy founder. Photos were submitted as evidence within the lawsuit, however, an adult film star has now come forward and claimed that photos used in the document were of him and not the person the suit claimed.
NBC News reported that Rodney “Lil’ Rod” Jones, a producer and videographer, filed a lawsuit against Diddy in federal court on Monday (Feb. 26). Rodney Jones listed Diddy, his son Justin Combs,
Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge, Comb’s chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, and ex-Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam as defendants in the suit.
“The following are screenshots of the video of Stevie J anally penetrating a Caucasian male that Mr. Combs provided to Mr. Jones,” read the filing.
