I watch every game. He ain't clutch

Nick is my guy but stop the slander

Freddie higher OPS, more HR, more walks, better Slugging percentage and better on base percentage

I'll go deeper:

With 2 outs and RISP, Freddie is hitting .308
In a tie game, FF is hitting .344 with 6 HRs

Nick

With 2 outs and RISP, Nick is hitting .257
In a tie game, Nick is hitting .301 with 4 HRs

We have different defintions of clutch. I'm talking late inning shyt. Freddie is great before that.

In late & close games (Late & Close are Plate Appearances in the 7th or later with the batting team tied, ahead by one, or the tying run at least on deck.), Nick is batting .259, .364 OBP & .455 slugging

Freddie in late & close games is batting .286, .417 OBP & .469 slugging.

So again breh Nick isn't more clutch. And I like Nick, but he ain't more clutch than Freddie

Never said Nick was, I was talking about that one instance. You realize you comparing our star player to Nick right? Point is, if he wants to get to the next level he has to be more clutch in late innings.

I watch every game. He ain't clutch

Freddie is clutch and Nick isn't more clutch than him. Saying anything otherwise isn't true

:dwillhuh:

Freddie is hitting better than Nick in Late & Close games. What are you even arguing right now?
.275 is not clutch in late games for a star player

Nick Markakis is a point higher and has 2 more home runs in late close games, sooooo

Late & Close
48 67 58 10 16 3 0 3 12 1 0 8 11 .276

He was batting .286 prior to yesterday's game. .275 is very solid late in games for a star player...what are you basing it off of that it's not clutch for a star player?
