He's gotta cut down in the holes in his swing but he's dynamic. He won't be leadoff forever but y'all realize he'll probably lead the team in HRs? He's only 5 behind Ozzie for the team lead

No doubt. I'll enjoy this run at leadoff while he is up there. It will be interesting to see how the team fills out and how the batting order ends up long term. Freddie Free is a classic 3 hole hitter imo. You want guys like Acuna and Albies at the top of the lineup especially at this point of their careers. If the power is consistent (no reason to think it won't be) and they start to get on base more frequently we will be scoring a lot of runs! Imagine a big right-hand bat at clean up (LA Matt Kemp/prime Justin Upton) with this lineup.

Gotta spend wisely this off season.

What are y'all's thoughts on Dansby? He's a .230 hitter now, decent fielder, terrible against lefties...what y'all think?

Man, I miss Andrelton . Gold glove fielder and he’s finally hitting. He did net us Newk, though.

I’d give Dansby one more year to try and put it together. He is the weak link in the offense. He was supposed to be the hometown hero and star. He’s more like Walt Weiss and Rafael Billiard was for us. Good fielders, average hitting
