So can someone detail what their meal plan for the day or three looks like?

typical meals for me(lost 70lbs)

3 eggs 2 slices bacon - 500 cals 60g protein

chik fil a sandwich - 450 cals 30g protein

frozen wings and a dinner roll - 500 cals 45 g proteiin

half a protein shake - 250 cals 35g protein

1700 cals 170g protein overall deficit 500 cals per day

meeting my macros and losing weight without misery :skip:

dieting doesnt have to be hard

Note - zero liquid cals except for the protein shake :mjpls:

Just get on myfitnesspal, start to track all of the food that you eat. Input your weight and activity level, and it will calculate the amount of calories you need per day for losing weight, maintenance, or to gain. It's really straightforward, I've lost 10 pounds in the last 30 days just from being more aware of the food that I eat. Really simple.

what kinda steroid eggs and bacon you eating where 3 eggs (25g of protein at most) and 2 slices of bacon (35g protein????:usure:) =60g protein, maybe if by bacon you mean ribs....:manny:

id love to know how to get 60g protein from a breakfast like that...

8g per bacon

so 46 :manny:

gimme a glass of milk then :pacspit: i aint even eat breakfast like that

I think that's one of my problems. My abs make my stomach look big. I don't have much belly fat, or at least I cant grab much, but my belly sticks out like I'm fat.

that isnt an ab problem, but a posture problem

you probably still need to lose bodyfat

as long as you don't develop a dikkydoo I wouldn't worry too much.

I'm trying to get my six pack to show myself. I think my diet isnt working. Is a lot of cardio required?
