typical meals for me(lost 70lbs)
3 eggs 2 slices bacon - 500 cals 60g protein
chik fil a sandwich - 450 cals 30g protein
frozen wings and a dinner roll - 500 cals 45 g proteiin
half a protein shake - 250 cals 35g protein
1700 cals 170g protein overall deficit 500 cals per day
meeting my macros and losing weight without misery
dieting doesnt have to be hard
Note - zero liquid cals except for the protein shake
