Based on my eye test Indongo would beat Broner
Lots of movement, awkward + high volume
And Indongo's 140 resume is better than Broner's
No Broner opponent was as highly regarded as Troyanovski, this version of Broner would lose by clear UD to Indongo.
Try to think it further than just one of them is a bigger, American name and the other is a previously quite unknown Namibian dude.
Right now Indongo > Broner. Indongo is also ranked above Broner in 140 on any list
