Every time this topic comes up you always have a couple posters who think “marginally” raising the black population because of laws like this is a good thing. Every time.

No discernment about the type of living conditions those kids will have. Resources available to them. The state of their parents to have wanted an abortion in the first place. The environment they will be raised in.
