They didn’t do it to keep up with the trends. They did it to prevent going out of business. This is exactly what people wanted them to do and complained about for years, but now it’s a problem.
Wtf are you arguing with me for...

The trend of the Aryan Beach look died out...

The "inclusive" trend is at the forefront now...

They are switching up to match the market like you said.

What appeals to the current market will not last forever... just like the previous appeal didn't last forever...

A market appeal that doesn't last forever is called ...

a TREND!

Companies don't follow trends out of the goodness of their heart...

They follow them because it because that's what people want....

Providing what people want = profit

They just failed at the nuances of the trend because they don't have experience in it... fat chicks are coo, if the fat chicks are still within certain parameters that make them relateable and at least somewhat attractive.

Where in my comment did I argue with you :mjlol:

I literally brought up the reason why they pivoted directions as they did as they’re literally hanging on by a thread as the bulk of their stores are closed. People complained for years that their clothing was only for a certain type and now that type isn’t buying their clothes hence the change in direction.

The people even complaining about it don’t even fukk with the company anymore which is why they’re catering to heavy people now anyways.

I know what typed. You’re the one getting upset and defensive over nothing.

You took what I said as an argument when that obviously wasn’t even the case.
.....

The first sentence of your post contradicts the main statement in my post... are you trying to debate semantics now? I'm not "upset" or "defensive" I'm just arguing my point.

So do you agree with my initial post or not... because you're all over the place now.

I know exactly what said. I don’t consider what they did necessarily a “trend” considering the fact the other brands weren’t getting the same type of criticism that they were or had to change direction just to prevent going out of business.

They still sell the exact same clothes and look they did as before. They just are making them at larger sizes than they did previously.
