I know exactly what said. I don’t consider what they did necessarily a “trend” considering the fact the other brands weren’t getting the same type of criticism that they were or had to change direction just to prevent going out of business.

They still sell the exact same clothes and look they did as before. They just are making them at larger sizes than they did previously.
So you're saying you don't see other brands switching up from skinny/fit white models to a range of diverse backgrounds and body types?

Just answer yes or no...

I'm compiling examples until I see your response

Have any of those other companies been struggling as bad Aerocombie or Victoria Secret or had the reputation that they once did about the subject?

They didn’t make the move because it was cool and trendy like a lot of other companies did. They did it to stay alive as they’re both especially Aerocrombie hanging on by a thread.

I say that as someone who used to be one of their biggest customers.

Wait a sec... you think other companies started doing this for a reason other than increased profit?

You really think companies had a marketing meeting and discussed how their profits would decrease from this trend... but they went ahead with it solely because it was "cool"...?????

Cool and trendy = what the market wants = increased sales

Some companies were doing better than others... they all have the same goal regardless. This isn't something unique to Abercrombie
