Watching this NFL AM, they have a lawyer Ivan Gould on. And he's making a compelling case for A-Hern. Paraphrasing, he's saying in california hernendez wouldn't have been arrested. He's also saying the DA is throwing everything to the wall hoping something will stick & they are making everything public to slander hernandez's name to cloud the perception of him. He said they have no gun, no dna & they made deals with two drug dealing felons & gave them immunity to testify against hernandez & no jury will buy it.

Take it for what it's worth because he is a defense lawyer, I'm sure a prosecutor may differ. I think it's somewhat in the middle. I don't think they will find the murder weapon that killed lloyd, it may come down to having a enough probable cause to convict him of this murder I just wondering if they have enough evidence to do so. If they can somehow tie him to that previous double murder then it may be over him anyway.
somebody out here snitching, they just happen to find the gun used in a double homicide?

After looking at the evidence presented so far, IF I was on that jury I would find arron hernandez NOT GUILTY...

Not playing devils advocate, I believe he committed the murders the same way I believe casey anthony murdered her daughter, OJ committed his double murder & GZ. BUT actually proving it & convincing that probable cause is fact is totally different. The prosecution has done an excellent job of slandering A-HERN's name, the court of public opinion has made their minds up but his case will come down to the witnesses. They both got immunity to snitch, I would look at them in a negative fashion if I was on the jury also they all were in the car but only hernandez was charged??? Again I'm specifially talking about the lloyd murder case, NOT the double murder case.

It seems to me the DA is throwing everything they have against the wall hoping it sticks. Manslaughter is out of the question, weapons charges could stick but he won't get convicted of murder, I just don't think this case is strong. Some will say the text that lloyd sunt & the pics of hernandez with the gun is enough but just because that text was sent & A-HERN had a gun doesn't he mean he fired the shots. The DA is saying HE fired the shots that killed lloyd but it's just not enough evidence there for me considering the only witnesses got get out of jail free cards & nobody knows what happend but them.

Every nasty, dirty report has been put out purposely by the prosecuton to slander hernandez name. Again just be clear I'm not a surrogate for hernandez I'm just looking at the whole picture, based on the evidence presented so far, I would 100% find him not guilty because it hasn't been proven he shot him. Now if they find his gun then it's a different conversation I guess....

did you not read how they found it?
Okay, I just read the article, but it still seems fishy, that they would happen to open the briefcase and find the gun, while taking inventory; let alone the female taking out all of the possession from the trunk but "forgot" to remove a black briefcase? Then she allows the police to search the car again? I mean she is only 19, so she could be that messy. But the fact that people are still in possession of a gun with bodies on it is mind boggling to say the least. Would and shouldn't a briefcase have a locking mechanism or something? Smh at the thought of them carrying around a gun in a briefcase like Pulp Fiction.

I am not a expert on search and seizure laws, but it just seems like they are bound and determined to get this dude for some type of murder.

Who the hell keeps a gun with bodies on it. :damn:

So wut they got bodies on 'em they still look new :manny:
:youngsabo: but really, I am not a street dude by any means, but I know that within 2 phone calls I can get rid of a gun or get a gun without spending any real money. This Hernandez dude holding on to a gun with 2 bodies but smart enough to dump a gun they have him on camera holding? The gun shouldn't even had been in any type of moving vehicle where you could get stopped or get into a "car accident"

In the new issue of Rolling Stone, contributing editor Paul Solotaroff delivers a detailed investigation into Aaron Hernandez's life, tracing his path from affable high school football star to deeply troubled NFL player to murder suspect. Solotaroff conducted interviews with family friends, high school teammates and NFL sources to help explain why the potential NFL great was ensnared by drugs, guns and a life of violence. Here are five revelations about Hernandez from "The Gangster in the Huddle":

Five Sports Stars Accused of Murder

• Hernandez was a heavy user of angel dust, and had become so paranoid over the last year that he carried a gun wherever he went.

• He surrounded himself with a cohort of gangsters, and cut himself off from his family and teammates.

• Hernandez had so infuriated his head coach, Bill Belichick, with missed practices and thug-life stunts, that he was one misstep from being cut.

• Both his parents, Dennis and Terri, had criminal records, as did much of his extended family.

• Terri allegedly cheated on Dennis before his death with a violent drug dealer named Jeffrey Cummings, then married Cummings after Dennis died and moved him into the house she shared with Aaron.

• In college his coach (then-University of Florida head coach Urban Meyer) may have helped cover up failed drug tests, along with two violent incidents — an assault and a drive-by shootout outside a local bar.

This dude is rich...does he not have access to a boat at Bostn Harbor? Get on a boat, go about a mile or two out and throw the gun in the water. :manny:
