Why don't you look at my previous posts where I already addressed that matter?
Are Hernandez's attorneys ready to support the prosecutors evidence that he was at the scene? Thats the only way they are going to cast doubt on the triggerman.
If his team is ready to not contest the fact that Ahern was at the scene, and they are ready to imply that he was there but wasn't the trigger man, then they are going to need a witness to present these sets of facts. Whos that witness going to be? Ahern? His boys? How likely is that though? Those are the only 3 people that could present those facts.
Not to mention that all of that evidence now goes uncontested. The cell phone tower evidence, the receipts, the timeline, all confirmed by the defense and uncontested. All placing Hernandez at the scene and part of the conspiracy. Now facts. That sounds like a fukking retarded defense to me.
You can't just submit cockamamie scenarios to the jury without testimony or evidence to back it up. Without eye witness testimony that scenario never makes it to the jury. One of the three men would have to take the stand. Ahern would have to implicate himself in being at the murder scene.
Understand how it works? You CSI watching nikkas are killing me. Everyone is a defense attorney nowadays. shyt is hilarious.
My point was that it's not an open and shut case. Now go back to what I said: there is a CHANCE that he could get off given the evidence and lack of murder weapon. Are you disputing that? Let's look at evidence. Look at the prosecution's star witness - I'm sure a defense team will try to poke holes in his story and character, also what he heard while in the car can be seen as hearsay. What was the motive, too? Second, no murder weapon. Third, blurry security footage where you can't 100% see an outline of a gun can be disputed. I could go on. All this casts reasonable doubt. Which goes back to my original point that THERE IS A CHANCE HE COULD GET OFF. If DA had insurmountable evidence this would have atrial date scheduled instead of asking for extensions.
You're original post that I responded to stated that 4 ppl got in a car but only 3 came back, and that any reasonable jury will do the math for you? Really? How do you know that? What you're implying was that with no murder weapon and disputable evidence, they can assume AH's guilt without reasonable doubt. I strongly disagree with that. My whole point is that you can't think like that, especially if you're on a jury. Hence why there is a chance that he can get off.
