Hernandez is screwed but Ortiz being asleep is something I dont believe.
He is basically saying I know Hernandez killed him but I'm not going to be the one that says I saw him kill him. He has basically put it on the other dude when he said 'Hernandez admitted to Wallace that he killed LLoyd'...Hern and Wallace could flip this and put the blame on Ortiz! Saying he was high etc and killed him over something.

Mike and Maurkice Pouncey are apparently firm believers in innocent until proven guilty.
The identical twin centers were spotted wearing Free Hernandez hats at a nightclub as they were celebrating their birthday. Mike and Maurkice, who play for the Dolphins and Steelers, respectively, were teammates with Aaron Hernandez at the University of Florida. Mike was Hernandezs roommate in Gainesville.
Both Pouncey brothers were spotted with Hernandez on the night of a 2007 shooting in Gainesville, according to ESPN.com.
Maurkice was taken No. 18 overall by Pittsburgh in the 2010 NFL draft. Hes a three-time All-Pro and three-time Pro Bowler. Mike was drafted No. 15 overall by Miami in the 2011 NFL draft.
Hernandez is currently being held in Bristol County Correctional Facility after being charged with the murder of Odin Lloyd.

Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey apologized Monday after being photographed with his brother — Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey — while wearing caps that read "Free Hernandez." The photos of the twin brothers wearing the caps while at a nightclub emerged on the internet Sunday. "I fully recognize the seriousness of the situation involving my former teammate, and I regret that my actions appear to make light of that serious situation. I apologize to anyone who was offended by my actions," Pouncey wrote in a link that was sent to his Twitter followers. ESPN reported earlier Monday that Maurkice Pouncey was meeting with the Steelers to discuss the photos while Mike Pouncey was expected to meet with the Dolphins.
No apology from Mike Pouncey has been publicly made yet.
