unbelievably stupid...thats because obviously he has gotten away with a few situations...until recently.Well when you're not that bright to begin with, used to getting your way, and think you're above everybody you assume you're above the law and can get away with murder.
shooting his other homeboy in the shoulder and the bullet bounced off and hitting dude in the eye. his boy didnt comply with the policia so he got off. even though his boy was suing (civil).
then the other two murders they are bringing up.
