Attorney Lee Merritt said he doesn't believe Javion Magee died by suicide. Magee's family plans to conduct an independent autopsy. The medical examiner concluded Magee did not have defensive wounds and there were no signs of assault.

Well some of us don't want to believe that we can commit suicide and that it is not something only white people do. Probably some guilt too for dismissing the signs
