I remember on my 27th birthday, my sister had a birthday party for me in our apartment. She invited people over.. men and women. I remember taking like 6 or 7 shots of vodka to celebrate. I told him multiple times to stop, saying I was drunk and to stop. This is in my bedroom with my sister and male roommate outside. The whole time I’m telling him to stop he’s continuing to kiss on my chest and feel on me. My friends started knocking on the door and he got up and unlocked it so they could come in. I only noticed my bra was undone after I got up to throw up in the bathroom. I also tried to still have a good time although in the back of my mind I was trying to figure out what happened and how my bra was undone. I don’t remember seeing the guy after I got up. The next morning I got the full story of how he followed me in my door and preceded to do who knows what while I was passed out. He also claimed he didn’t assault me after my sister confronted him about it. Fortunately, i was still a virgin but that experience taught me that no matter where you are, you’re not safe.

They don't test the accused ASAP. They usually call you into the station for an interview. They say you aren't a suspect. Just want to hear your take or your lawyers.

They don't even show video if you have it or not. They just ask for your take and give you a cotton swab at the end. Generally speaking. You don't get contracted back but if you do,

IF Ketamine or any 'date rape' drugs is involved, she is compromised completely period. So her behavior could be heavily influenced by drugs.
IF she has no clue how to react and her friend drags her on stage, her behavior could be influenced by peer pressure

There are scenario where this is possible so it can't ever be automatically assumed that this is impossible or that that means the rape never happened.

And no I've never been accused and if I was falsely accused, for sure this would come up with my lawyer "she was on stage having fun 5 minutes later" but I expect that he'll say "It may be hard to use that as an argument, to really sell it. We will use it of course but the prosecutor will try to explain that"
