E.g. a woman who was molested as a child may be in a state of shock and go on stage to twerk like she planned with her friends because she literally has no clue what to do and is shocked

It's actually quite common that victims of assault (violence, rape etc.) are in a state of complete shock at first, even for days, before it hits them.
