You cant argue back because you dont have one. Who gives a damn if player can do a variety of things if they arent good at either of them in instant future. You refuse to answer the question about his specific role because you know he wont have one. Versatility isnt a role.
I don't think there's an argument for the dumbass shyt you post. It's better off sitting on its lonesome as a display of comic relief.

The fact you think using arbitrary standards of specific roles where an "athletic rim-running big" is an actual thing, and yet don't apply the same meter to someone like Deni, who you don't believe will have a specific role is far too much stupidity for a sane person to comprehend.

This is why I can't be bothered going back and forth with you. You see shyt far too much in black and white.

I don't want Deni, at all.

He's merely a representation of what this team needs to maximize their chances of winning next season. His style of play is Warriors basketball; he represents all that this team has built their success on, while simultaneously fulfilling a desperate need - spacing/shooting in the frontcourt. Because at it currently stands, the Warriors' spacing is horrific, and it's arguably in a worse state than it's ever been at any point during this run (not counting last season). Wiseman is an idealized representation of a position that is becoming extinct and has had no bearing on the success of this team.

Warriors need Deni-type players who can provide shooting, versatility, playmaking, and don't need the ball to be effective. The Warriors don't need Wiseman-type players who are quite literally the antithesis to the brand of basketball they play.

You just described Wiggins

I care about going up against the Lakers, Nuggets, Suns, Mavs, Jazz in the playoffs for the next few years and having a center that can be better than theirs or at least make theirs have a bad night.

This is short sighted. Lakers are not the 01 Lakers. Lakers are built for short term success. Warriors can beat those other teams with one hand tied behind their backs.

So who do you think we should draft instead of Wiseman that makes more sense?

Nugs and Mavs are a huge problem, you can argue they’ve passed up the current full strength warriors

What about the Nuggets, the Nets who have multiple 7 footers and might be adding Ibaka, the Mavs who have Kristaps and Boban, the Sixers who have Embiid and Horford and Simmons, the Bucks with Brook and Giannis, the Celtics are looking for a big right now, the Heat have Bam who would eat Chriss and Looney up, and say what you want about the Trailblazers but Nurk is a problem when healthy.

You can't win with a team that is built around a big in this era but they've always and will continue to be very necessary to compete for championships. Houston would have won with Capela starting in 2018 if the Warriors ain't have KD.

Warriors have shown they just need a serviceable big man to compete. Zaza and Bogut were not even top 20 at the position but they made it work. They can find a guy late draft or free agency to make it work.

I think they need to draft to fit style and scheme and that is Deni or trade down
