If y’all could get him & keep Wiggins that would be decent. Keeping Wiseman & Wigg both would be great

I’m certain the cap doesn’t work tho :mjlol:
Wiggins would be the sacrificial lamb in that trade, and keeping Wiseman would be redundant given Pascal and Dray would be the starting frontcourt from that point forward. He's the best available fit and would transform this squad; nearly everything they're missing, he'd be the answer.

Siakam would be a good look for the Warriors honestly. They would just need to find a rim running big for the low

someone like a Noel, Marquesse Chriss, etc that can just come in and get boards and simple lobs

The Siakam trade seems like a trade for the sake of trading

this FA class stinks in terms of stars. I dont see why we dont focus on role players and bench upgrades :yeshrug:

I think you're underestimating what Siakam would do for this squad. It'd be a game-changer; it would put this team back into contending territory.

how so? we arent a Siakam away from contending. i just dont see it. :yeshrug:

If Siakam reverts back to the guy he was in 19-20 ur absolute contending....He put up 23/7/5 as the #1 guy on a 53 win team, was 2nd team all NBA.

Curry and Klay will open the middle of the floor for him to dominate...i think dropping him in as the 3rd guy and giving him space in the middle will unlock some things.

UR asking if hes about to bounce back why do yall wanna trade him, becase theres a rift between him and Nick Nurse.

It's essentially having another Draymond on the floor, but someone that has a legitimate scoring skillset.

He'd thrive where he doesn't have the pressures of being the #1 option, and has all the space in the world to run down hill.

You're getting that versatility on both ends, with him being able to defend multiple positions, providing help defense, handling the ball, running the PnR, and you're getting someone who gets his within the flow of the offense. Because the problem with Wiggins is, he gets his at the sacrifice of ball movement and the functionality of the offense; it's why despite him scoring 20+ points, his scoring doesn't really put the team in the best possible position of winning -- it has the opposite effect.

Pascal would be making the extra pass; Pascal would be making sure Steph/Klay are prioritized on offense; Pascal would be making sure he makes the right play. Lack of BBIQ was arguably the Warriors biggest issue last season because nobody was on the same wavelength as Steph and Draymond, well, adding Pascal would change all of that. You know how I kept harping on about how this squad needs players that fit their identity? Well, you'd be hard-pressed to find another player that fits that billing like he does. I can't stress enough how he'd be the missing piece to the puzzle.

Oh, and another important factor too, he can anchor the defense whilst Draymond is off the floor. We all saw what happened to the defense when Draymond sat this season, and it wasn't a pretty sight. By that process it would make Draymond more effective too, because they wouldn't have to rely on him to do everything on that end of the floor.

He'd make life easier for Steph, Klay and Draymond, which they all need.

well that was Wiggins's theoretical role now. That has always been the plan. I just dont see it as transformative. I think it's a lateral move

Siakam 19-20 isnt lateral with Wiggins...he had a down year in 20-21 for a number of reasons but Wiggins cannot do alot stuff Pascal can and that includes being the #2 on a title team team.
