He had some all time negative on off numbers with Curry this year...I don't think he'd be a top 7 pick in this years draft...

If he's valued so much why are the Warriors desperate to get rid of him ?
they're not, breh :mjtf:

What's the point of adding Siakam if they're gonna keep Draymond? The point would be to get rid of Draymond for him or in a side deal because they're redundant together and neither can shoot.

Siakim would be a great pickup. We’ve seen what he can do when he’s a second or third option. Not sure what the raptors are asking for but I’d give up the draft picks and Wiggins. Still a bit on the fence on giving away wiseman. I know he didn’t look good last season but I’d hate to give up on him after 40 games.

Pascal shot 37% from three in 2018/19, and 36% from three on six attempts per game in 2019/20. He can shoot.

His efficiency dropped off last season because he was forced to be a #1 option; he'd get more open looks than he ever has before playing alongside Steph/Klay. Having two bigs who can switch onto any position, defend 4s and 5s in equal fashion, strangle the life out of elite scoring talents, and make momentum-changing defensive plays isn't something that many teams have the luxury of having.

32.5% for his career; 26% in the playoffs including 28% in the title season with Kawhi. He's not a shooter. :unimpressed:

Draymond's three point shooting numbers were looking better after 2016 and we know how that's turned out. :unimpressed:

You're being disingenuous and you know it. :unimpressed:

You don't take his career percentage when he only started regularly taking threes a few seasons ago; a shot that he only integrated into his skillset once he became a full-time starter. Draymond's best season he only took 3.2 attempts per game, whereas Siakam attempted DOUBLE that and hit them at similar percentage. Siakam had a 60/40 split on C&S and pull-up threes, which demonstrated his ability to self-create offense beyond the arc and in pop actions; Draymond's threes were a 90/10 split, most of which were wide-open when his man helped on Steph.

The volume, efficiency and situation equivalent would be comparing Steph to Jaylen Brown.

Siakam is a legitimate scorer and one of the better shooting big men. His efficiency takes a bump when he has to solely create for himself as the main threat on offense. He's not going to have that issue playing alongside Steph and Klay.

What is the alternative to not bringing in someone like Siakam? Heading into the season with Wiseman at the 5 and wasting another year?
