Then around a month ago I gave another $100. Also how does Umar plan to keep the school up and running years from now? Donations? Why doesn't Umar go to the black engineers, doctors, nurse pracitioners, professors, principals, attorneys, farmers, lawyers, prosecuters, judges, radio host, small business owners and also include them in their funding? Most of the people who look up to Umar are lower middle class, and poor black people who have no hope and see him as their protectors.
Now he is talking about building the school in Africa, yet a few years ago he was criticizing Oprah for building a school in South Africa. This man called his black donaters lazy for donating online and not sending the money in through a post office to his non taxable charity. Now they are saying that he will release dates and etc to only those who donated. Umar is a hustler just like the rest.

If you are collecting the public's money you HAVE to show them blue prints, accounting done through a treasurer that is a financial analyst and/or CPA, interior infrastructure so that parents sending their kids there know that the inside of the school is safe, educational curriculum, what the kids will be eating, the rooming situation, the bathroom situation, who will be teaching there and whether or not the parents are ok with it, and etc.

I'm not mad about donating over $350, lol. I would've spent that money shopping, or on something else(House projects, traveling, or whatever). I make a good income so it is fun money to me. I'm not investing over $1,000 into anything that does not have 100% accurate proof. I was skeptical of Umar, but I said let me stop doubting the brother and contribute to the success of young black boys. So I threw in the money and said let me see what he does. Sometimes we doubt people and never give them a chance. This man has been fundraising for a few years now. Dude can just rent a small house and turn it into an all boys after school program that teaches amazing information. People will see how good the turn out rate is and want to help him with a bigger school for 100 young black boys. Plus him saying how much he ahs raised is not reliable. I can say I am a multi millionaire that lives in a three story 6 bedroom house in NYC. It does not mean that it is true.
