WATCH HOW HE DOESN'T ADDRESS ANY OF THESE:

- We went from the global cooling in the 70's, to global warming in the 80's and 90's, to now "Climate change" << this is indisputable. disprove this.

- No "expert" predicted the -60 degree temperatures that we saw earlier this year, nobody. There are even documentaries that predicted catastrophic global warming by 2015 on youtube right now

- I posted TWICE about "Climategate" where scientists were caught lying about global warming, and you just flat out pretended you didn't see it:

Actually it's quite disputable.

Some scientists in the 1970's predicted that we were on the verge of a new ice age. This was never the consensus of the scientific community; it was only proposed because CFCs at lower volumes have a cooling effect.

However, they found that carbon emissions and CFCs at the voume they were being pumped into the atmosphere was having the reverse effect.

You can't even keep up with the science, and have to cite debunked sources from the 1970's to prove you point.

You also still think climate = weather (you point to record low temps as proof that the global climate isn't trending upward), which is why your arguments are flawed and weren't worth the response a year ago.

1. Yeah, it's entirely possible to make a documentary based on the claim of some scientists. Again, you're quoting a source from the 1970's, not recent research on climate change. We have much more data now than we did then. Why do you assume they stopped gathering information in the 70's?

Your point is still irrelevant. Why? Simple:

A rising climate ≠ a lack of cold weather or winter storms.

Rising climate can actually make winter storms worse in some areas, due to excessive moisture being introduced in high/low pressure systems.

While no expert may have predicted -60º weather for 2019, they also didn't specifically rule out there being historic lows in some areas, either.

You could possibly argue that "climate change can make winter storms worse" is a relatively recent idea, and I'd probably accept that. Science can change based on an increase in understanding.

TL;DR: You asked why we're seeing record lows, I answered that the warming climate actually can explain why we see worse winter storms, and record low temps do not disprove the overall warming trend of the global climate.
