Actually, I didn't sign up for a long time here and just lurked because this seemed like a website for black folks under thirty (and I'm over thirty) and because I also thought that registration was restricted. I've lurked for years, though. I'm glad to be here.

Resetera will be good for browsing the news and for some of the top 10/100/GotY/GotD lists they do, which I always find impressive, but I am thankful to have a place to talk games with mostly black folks, and I definitely wouldn't want to talk politics there as opposed to here. I learned my lesson about that.

Bruh a lot of us OG vets are over 30, especially the ones who migrated from the previous site.

looks like they abandoned slaent real quick. didn't even just try to ease in and start posting in the threads there, they went and set up shop immediately. took off their shoes and put their feet on the coffee table and shyt. threads straight up moved over, making community threads and now they're about to rust over with the new site up. fukked up. salute @42 Monks and slaent gang. hope ya'll grew the community off this at least. looks busier than it did before which is dope. only real good thing about neogaf was the numbers. not many places you can say i wanna play monster hunter or something like that right now and have someone get back to you immediately. other than that i did not fukk with the site.
