Since gaf came back up, there've been people who've been banned without posting a thing. At first people thought it was past history stuff or personal grudges, but even people who never made waves got hit - people put two and two together and discovered that they were getting permed over shooting PMs about other sites and discords back and forth.

That's also a likely reason behind the 10 minute wait on messages as well. Slowing up all of the processes, and throwing a tracker or script in to search for certain hotwords.... that's how you moderate with a depleted staff.
