Speaking of which. There needs to a Stickied conduct thread. With ALL the rules written out. When a person get a flagged, they need to know exactly which rule was broken.
That way you aren't getting flagged on the whim of a moderator..
Threads that are bushed or deleted need to be explained the same way, and be told whether it was the OP who broke the rule, or WHICH specific member derailed the thread in the wrong direction.
