Real shyt, it’s a ton of fun. I used to work as a ref and part of the ring crew that would assemble the ring for a backyard promotion. It never took off like we hoped with scheduling issues everyone had and so few of the people actually knowing how to wrestle a match, but it’s good experience. The ring is definitely a much harder surface than you realize until you take a few bumps though.
