You right, the D has been solid. Pause. Announcers hype it up when lapses in D happens, and casuals run with the narrative. Like against Cleveland when Sexton had KCP slipping on a switch, Twitter blew up for a minute. Other than some high light plays, they've been more than okay.
what's killing the Lakers is turnovers and inability to finish plays and close games. Lonzo sets up open shots, but Hart, Kuz, BI, and the bench slumping at the same time won't help. Some lucky plays going for opponents (Sac GW) and shytty officiating at opportune times also been a factor.
