You take people out when they are hot and keep people in when they are ice cold. Unless you are Bron or Ball no one else should be afforded the luxury of playing through it. If KCP is hot in DC keep him in. If Hart is cold take him out! If Lance has it going give him time to cook...Ingram, Kuz etc The same applies
