Except to John Ireland:mjlol: this piece of shyt organization is reaching Raider levels of incompetence.

John has been around so long and is such an ass kisser I wouldn't be surprised if he really was the *only* guy getting word from Jeanie's side. He's literally the #1 laker ass kisser in LA media, the very definition of a company man :russ:

Masai ain't going to LA, he's got it pretty good in Toronto.

and his multi-year deal starts this year.
How do you know :what:

You talkin out ya ass. He will never get free agents to go there and once Kawhi leaves that’s it.

It’s the LOS ANGELES Lakers

This shyt makes no fukkin sense. Nobody wants to make a deal with Pelinka teams hate him.

How does she expect him to make moves when teams won’t talk to him?

That’s what happened with New Orleans.

Lakers job is way better than glamorous than Toronto breh. Especially if Kawhi is coming with him which I'm sure Masai would know about beforehand.
You don't understand Masai's motivations, to be honest it seems like his heart is in being a global ambassador for the game with his basketball without borders initiative.

Plus he doesn't have to answer to a singular entity. It seems like he genuinely likes Toronto.

He also has great security there, in a few years if he continues he will basically be a lifer. Why would he want to come to the mess here and could possibly lose his job if it doesn't go well?

Sources: Raptors, president Ujiri near extension

the Raptors and Ujiri are nearing agreement on a lucrative new deal that will keep the 46-year-old in Canada for the foreseeable future, even though he still has nearly two years left on the original five-year, $15 million pact he signed with Toronto in May 2013

He can achieve all his dreams in LA :blessed:
