Riley shouldn't get any credit for the 11-14 Miami Heat teams. That was all on Wade, Bosh and Lebron deciding to come together. Last good good team Riley created was the 05 and 06 Miami Heat teams. That was damn near 15 years ago and those teams were extremely flawed.

Jeanie Buss is the definition of incompetent.

I'm sorry but J.Buss is a moron. Why would you let Pelinka hire a Coach before you hire a replacement for Magic?... What iF Magic's replacement doesn't like the head coach?...What I would do is:

1. Fire Pelinka
2. Hire Magic's replacement
3. Hire Pelinka's replacement
4. Hire a Head Coach
5. If Lebron wants to get traded. Do a sign/trade with Toronto(Leonard)...That's even if Leonard wants to sign with the Lakers.
