Come on dude, that's the place we are at the most, other than our homes, so of course you build relationships with people, so they are gonna have those type of conversations.

IN THEORY you're just condoning their behavior though.

I understand dude might be a little too sensitive, BUT how do you know that what they're talking about is entirely work appropriate?

The company can fire him if they want. Not my beef...but if we're talking about workplace environment, you can't deny that some of that shyt just isn't going to fly.

I would adress those things directly and I have done that on this job. I wouldn't go running to H.R. Trying to get people fired.

Breh, here's what you need to do:

Tell HR this homo tried to handle your stick in the bathroom while you were taking a leak and how that shyt made you fear for your safety in the bathroom.

Like I said. It's not about his sexuality. It's the fact that he''s a snake. I didn't even know he was gay at first so if I had said something around him and he heard it he woulda told on me and got me in trouble instead of addressing me as a man.

I get what your saying, but it depends. Like I said I don't think there where any blatant gay jokes told. But I think it was just insensitive stuff. "He throws like a girl" type statements.

I'm not necessarily defending that stuff, but I don't think it's worth jobs, and I don't think people should go running to H.R.

The same reason women need support.

The same reason minorities need support.

The same reason gays/lesbians need support.

The same reason the disabled need support, etc.

If you're not at WORK doing WORK then HR has to get involved to resolve the dispute.

You can't just get mad at a workplace institution because the rules inconvenience you on this circumstance.

It wasn't a case of the dude being clowned or tormented, it was more of a case of him looking for things to be upset about. Once we had the meeting, they had to fire a couple dudes to set an example.

I'm not mad at the job. I understand what had to be done. I'm more disapointed at the situation.
