I care because I am now forced to work another job along with my regular job. I've had to go to multiple sensitivity meetings, and now my job security is in question. This dude probably lurking and waiting for someone to say anything he can deem insensitive.

People had to take down calendars and pictures off their desks. My work environment is no longer as confortable as it used to be.
