Or turn it over :francis:

Be honest, dude was playing wild all game. Like he didn't know what he wanted to do

Bad game by mostly everyone... BUT Byron Scott lost them this game. Kobe did what any intelligent coach would've done and used a timeout to draw up a good play. Unfortunately, Scott doesnt know how to do that.

They definitely not on the same page
Kobe called timeout cause he didn't have the ball :francis:

Lakers are sort of in a weird spot. They have a lot of guys who need the ball. Clarkson and Russell dynamic is interesting. Clarkson is clearly more effective at this point and has better chemistry with guys like Julius imo. But they've got so much invested in D'angelo..

Which is why they shouldn't have never drafted his ass. But they're obsessed with this Showtime shyt...

But hopefully they'll find a balance. They looked good until the starters came out and no one could fukking guard Rubio or Martin.

Honestly, they looked better with Hibbert in the game. Hibbert/Kobe worked well together. Williams and Young are almost instant offense but them contested 3's got to slow down.

Huertas needs more burn

I think he'll be alright long term. But like Malta said his ceiling is Manu and honestly I think Byron views Clarkson as a 2 as well.

I didn't understand having bass at the 5 either.

Kobe really is gonna shoot 20+ contested fadeaways a game because the Lakers won't check him :russ: Dude will never realize he ain't a superstar no more and needs to pick his spots

shyt gon be a loooooong season :heh:
To be real, Kobe shouldn't even been in the game at that point. He was playing decent until they blew the lead and he started forcing shyt.. But no one else was hitting shyt either aside from Lou Will, but that's the coaches fault.

Overall, they played bad but almost got the win

They didn't play bad they were coached bad. Why leave the 2nd unit in after the TO when they already cut into the lead

Russell didn't look comfortable out there at all. Rubio was hitting jumpers at will out there :wow:

Russell was one of theonly players who looked comfortable offensively. They got 2 many ball handlers. Russell needs to grow into running the offense but he needs to be the one running the offense. He didnt play in the fourth and they played the most stagnant and iso that they played all game. My only problem sith russell offensively is that he doesnt demand that the offense goes thru him and that he settles for the first shot he gets when getting the ball from a teammate which is usually just a set shot but hes a much better shooter off the dribble. Now defensive it was hard 2 judge him because he got in early foul trouble and he was playing tentative on d but you can tell it was to not pick up fouls and the defensive gameplan was horrible
