A disease doesnt necessarily have to be genetically predisposed to deal with a particular ethnicity..thats like saying Crack Cocaine is genetically predisposd to affect Black areas more than others when the CIA dumped it in the hood..you just dump it in a concentrated area of people you hate and hope it doesnt spread further.

But HIV primarily infected the gay community due to the nature of how HIV spreads and how gay sex happens.
