@Sir Richard Spirit is correct about miller beach. they have some million dollar homes over there right on the lake and u can see downtown chicago from your back yard if u have one of those homes. I showed my girl a couple years ago and she was

on top of that, these million dollar cribs be assessed at like $6000 annually in property taxes. mind you my crib is worth like 350K and I'm paying almost $5000 in property taxes living in the city.

Most of those cities that were heavily reliant upon blue collar manufacturing jobs are hurting and have declined.
White folks usually live in the burbs and in rural areas, so what you are left with is a city with a shrinking population that is mostly minority, lacking jobs, lots of blighted/abandoned properties, and issues with crime
