I don’t even need to watch this video. Gary is prime real estate right now. The number 1 Casino in the area (Chicago included). City has a great mayor and they just released bids for new construction homes. Miller Beach is booming. Downtown & Aetna are getting a lot of attention as far as construction and blight removal.

on top of that, these million dollar cribs be assessed at like $6000 annually in property taxes. mind you my crib is worth like 350K and I'm paying almost $5000 in property taxes living in the city.

Most of those cities that were heavily reliant upon blue collar manufacturing jobs are hurting and have declined.

White folks usually live in the burbs and in rural areas, so what you are left with is a city with a shrinking population that is mostly minority, lacking jobs, lots of blighted/abandoned properties, and issues with crime

Those poor White neighborhoods are plagued with the same issues they are just in smaller pockets in suburbs and rural areas.

Still, fukk Gary. But those are some nice views. Just not worth everything else imo. But with the way housing is getting in Indy, who knows.
