Me and my wife are interested in Michigan City. They’ve already started selling pieces of shyt for $200,000. They going crazy with construction right now. Once the NIPSCO towers come down the lakefront going to BOOM!

Facts. Add in the fact we just built the new train station which they’ll be adding new apts on top of those as well which will only attract more tourists.. things is definitely looking up. It’s honestly a dope spot to be if you aren’t from there lol
