I don’t even need to watch this video. Gary is prime real estate right now. The number 1 Casino in the area (Chicago included). City has a great mayor and they just released bids for new construction homes. Miller Beach is booming. Downtown & Aetna are getting a lot of attention as far as construction and blight removal.

The fukk is an urban safari? Dude respectfully went there and asked local folks how they felt about living there. I never even heard of the place.

Youngstown Ohio and englewood on the south side of Chicago round out the top 3

This right here!!! I just moved back to Indy, bought a sheriff sale property back in September on the west side Gary which near East Chicago,
Already got 3 investors trying to pay double on the property but Miller Beach is pretty nice and Gary in 20 years will be gentrified to the heavens, nice proximity to the Dunes, New Buffalo, and Michigan (great bud after moving from Colorado).....
